On Tuesday, April 12th, Cunningham Township (Urbana) and the City of Champaign Township will hold their Annual Township Meetings, where any resident is able to vote on agenda items. On the agenda for both townships is whether to place the following referendum on the ballot for the November 8th Presidential Election:
Should the State of Illinois legalize and regulate the sale and use of marijuana in a similar fashion as the State of Colorado?
If you think the residents of Urbana and Champaign should vote on this referendum question on Nov. 8th, you will need to attend your Annual Township Meeting:
