Seeing as how we live in a town that has helped to develop so much of the world’s technological infrastructure, it would only make sense that we honor the people and companies that work hard each year to keep that tradition alive.
Enter the Innovation Celebration, which is now in its 7th year. Previous winners range from the well known lke NCSA and Volition, Inc. to the under exposed like Tekion, a company that develops new micro fuel cell technologies and Obiter Research, which manufactures hard to find chemicals.
Fact is, in a community this small, we have a very large base of intelligent and progressive minds helping to change the world by way of technological advancement, and the Innovation Celebration gives the community a chance to support those individuals by honoring them to a crowd of their peers.
