We’ve already arrived at the end of October, which means there is one last Market at the Square to attend. It makes me a little sad every year. I love a nice little Saturday morning stroll through the market.
Even though we are past that peak part of produce season with all of the corn and peaches and tomatoes and things, there are still plenty of fresh fruits and veggies to procure, especially if you are, like me, shifting into making things with all the squash and root veggies and such. It’s looking like it will be a gorgeous, crisp fall morning on Saturday. The leaves are fantastic right now. I like to complete a market morning with a stroll through Busey Woods. Seems like a great weekend to do just that!
