The brand new Watson’s Food Truck will be at the corner of Wright and Green in Champaign on Friday, March 25th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s only the second time out, so be patient (Thursday, March 24th was the first). If you’re not on the University of Illinois campus and not exactly willing to go through the trouble of parking and walking to the truck, you can always order from the restaurant, which now delivers.

We will be announcing more soft launch dates soon. If you haven’t heard, we are also doing an event at Rose Bowl on April 2nd, which will be considering our official Grand Opening. Wildwood and Chain Station will be performing that evening starting at 7pm and we will be slinging food starting around 5:30pm. Hope to see you there!
