Spend an evening with Lisa See at the Champaign Public Library

On Thursday April 6th the Champaign Public Library will be hosting New York Times bestselling author Lisa See. This is a continuation of the library’s Great Authors series. See has written many novels including, Shanghai Girls, Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, and her new novel Lady Tan’s Circle of Women which will be out June 6th. Many of her thoroughly researched stories focus on the bonds between women, and on Chinese history inspired by her Chinese great-grandmother.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Books will be available for purchase, and there will be a book signing at the conclusion of the evening.
