Manifest West, consisting of four members, Cade Whitt, Nick Riley, Coggan Banerian, and Hadee Krad, released their debut single, “I-72”, across all major streaming platforms this past Friday, May 19th. This marks the band’s first official off-stage debut, serving as a preview for an upcoming, yet-to-be-titled EP due for release in the fall. All members of Manifest West are students, with Hadee Krad recently graduating from UIUC, and they have a varied geographical background, with members hailing from Champaign-Urbana, Schaumburg, Illinois, and Atlanta, Georgia.

Cade Whitt, the band’s frontman, had earlier released an 18-track solo album titled “People in Places” in the previous year, featuring several songs that Manifest West includes in their live performances. Notably, one of the songs from this album was co-written by band member Nick Riley.
