Did you know that Sleepy Creek Vineyards, just east of here in Fairmount, hosts wieners and wine every Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. through October? It’s an event that’s been going on for years (we wrote about it in 2017). You buy some wine, the vineyard provides hot dogs you can roast over an open flame. There’s also live music.
