Minneci’s is set to open another restaurant in a new location — at the crossing. They’re currently setting up shop next to Jupiter’s at the Crossing. This space was previously occupied by the now long-gone Uncle Jack’s.
According to their website and a current employee, Minneci’s at the Crossing will open in “a few weeks”, and normally be open 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. The 1st and Springfield location will be open 4 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. daily.
The new location is 2501 Village Green, Champaign. We’ll let you know when they do indeed open their doors.
