The campaigns of both Champaign mayoral candidates are releasing new ads as they head into the final stretch before next Tuesday’s election. Smile Politely has obtained the rights to exclusively debut both ads.

Not to be outdone, incumbent mayor Jerry Schweighart just released a new ad, which is similar in tone to the first ad released by his campaign. In this clip, the current mayor continues his endless drive around the town, implicitly taking credit for more local landmarks. Here it is:
