Following up on the success of last year’s event, the Champaign Park District is making preparations for a second edition of the Zombie Run.
CPD’s Hsiung Marler stopped by the studio to fill us in on the event, how it got started, the feedback (all good) from last year’s run, and the bigger and better plans for this year. The run is structured and scripted with a storyline to make it more engaging and entertaining for the runners, and groups are encouraged to register and run together. Oh, and there are plenty of zombies to keep things interesting, of course.
