The Parkland College Motorsports Car Show was held over the weekend on the Parkland campus. Residents from all over the state competed in the best-of-show competition, with prizes being given in both custom and stock categories. In addition, 12 entrants were selected by Parkland automotive students to have their vehicles featured in the next Parkland m otorsports calendar. If an up-close look at a few hundred choice vehicles under beautiful skies wasn’t enough, the event also featured an Autocross hosted by the Champaign County Sports Car Club.
