It’s that time of year again, and the Pygmalion schedule is upon us. This year brings a relatively conflict-free schedule with events going on at Canopy Club, the Red Herring, Krannert Art Museum, the Highdive, Caffe Paradiso (for the first time since 2007!) and many other locations around the area. While there’s nothing as ire-inducing as the of Montreal / Built to Spill apocalypse of last year, I know I’ll be bringing some chaos to the streets over this Good Night & Good Morning / Cut Copy / Grown Ups intersection. Shenanigans have been declared and the gauntlet laid down. On an interesting note, there will be no shows at the Krannert Center this year, but the fact that music is coming back to Paradiso is a conflict I’d take any day.
