Arushi Jain, known online as @modularprincess, will be appearing on the opening night of PYGMALION. Jain is a modular synthesist, singer, producer, radio host, and engineer who has been featured in Forbes 30 under 30. Originally from Delhi, she later moved to California where she was introduced to computer generated sounds and synthesis while studying at Stanford. Jain reimagines ancient ragas from North India, which she has trained in since the age of seven, applying her skills as a synthesist and technologist to create a new sound.
