According to Facebook, Black Dog Champaign will start a new Tuesday night special: a burger and brew pairing.
Here’s this week’s special:
Tonight’s special is “The Freighthopper”, featuring our 1/3 pound, local, grass-fed beef burger topped with brisket, cheddar cheese, fried egg, pickled red onion, and bacon aioli. This delicious monster is paired with 5 Rabbit Cerveceria’s Vienna Lager, which we just tapped this afternoon.
Beef toppped with chicken and pork? Sounds like meat lover heaven.
