Braid, the seminal emo-punk band that used to be from here, is regrouping to record a 12″ for Polyvinyl. From the AV Club:
Polyvinyl will officially announce the record tomorrow, and both the band and the label are being stingy with the details. It’ll come out in 2011, but beyond that, singer-guitarist Bob Nanna doesn’t have much to say. “We thought it would be fun,” he says, adding the band has no plans to tour. Braid reunited in 2004 for a tour behind the DVD release of the band documentary Killing A Camera.
