The University of Illinois officials will celebrate signing an agreement wit Jiangxi Normal University to establish a Confucius Institute at the Urbana campus on Thursday, November 21st. The headquarters of Confucius Institutes are in Beijing China with over 300 institutes worldwide that work to promote Chinese language and culture in foreign countries.
