Cunningham Township Supervisor’s Office’s (CTSO) Emergency Housing program that offers currently unhoused people a safe place to stay now has a more permanent location in Downtown Urbana. CTSO purchased two apartment buildings this year to accomodate Emergency Housing program participants, who were previously housed in hotels.
