With the Delta variant on the rise and school starting in the not so distant future, vaccinations are as important as ever. We are still hanging out around 55% full vaccination in Champaign County. C-U Public Health has a walk in vaccination clinic every Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. with all three vaccine options, but they are also offering several others throughtout the community over the next month to try to reach more people.
Friday, July 16th, 6 to 10 p.m., Johnston Park
This is in conjuction with the Champaign Park District Neighborhood Party and Movie Night. They will be showing Raya and the Last Dragon. All three vaccine options will be available.
Saturday, July 17th, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., C-U Public Health District
All three vaccine options will be available.
Thursday, July 22nd, 6 to 8 p.m., Centennial Park
This is in conjuction with the Champaign Park District Neighborhood Party. All three vaccine options will be available.
Saturday, July 31st, 1 to 5 p.m., Anita Purves Nature Center
Back to School event. Pfizer and Moderna will be available.
