David Wright Faladé will do a public reading on February 23rd

Part of Humanities Research Institute Un/Doing Series, Faladé will be sharing excerpts from his novel Black Cloud Rising, as well as other highlights from his body of work. Faladé is a professor in the Department of English, and is a former Fulbright Fellow to Brazil.

The event will take place at Levis Faculty Center, room 422, at 7:30 p.m. Illini Union Bookstore will have Faladé’s books for sale at the event, and he will be doing a book signing at the end.
