I am a fan of the the slushie flight at Watson’s, but maybe that’s too much frozen sweetness for you. Did you know, however, that you can sample just plain ole spirits? A spirit flight consists of three tasting portions of the spirits of your choice from the wide selection behind the bar. Seems like this could be an important and lengthy mission to undertake…there are a lot of bottles behind that bar.
