I love a seasonal drink menu, whether it’s a cocktails or tea/lemonade/coffee. I’ve tried a couple of the beverages on Cafe Kopi’s summer drink menu, both delicious.
The Tropical Palmer puts a new spin on the classic half iced tea half lemonade drink named after golf legend Arnold Palmer. It combines fresh squeezed lemonade with mango citrus tea. Very refreshing.
If you haven’t tried one of Kopi’s cold pressed lattes, now is the time. Their Cold Pressed Horchata is seriously good. Often an iced latte with milk is a bit heavy for me, but combining some cold brew with the lighter rice water was perfect.
