Espresso Royale‘s iced bourbon-barrel Americano with sweet creme ($5.50) uses espresso from coffee beans aged in bourbon barrels, and it’s delicious. I could actually taste hints of bourbon and caramel in the coffee, and I loved the cloud of vanilla sweet cold foam on top.
I ordered mine at the Stadium Plaza location (near Cactus Grill and Ye Olde Donut Shoppe), and since I used the app, my drink was ready when I got there. Ahem, Starbucks could take notes.
