The 10th season of the Local Flavors Dinner Series will be kicking off this month, and will be featuring local restaurants in the C-U area with a commitment to sourcing from central Illinois farmers. Featured restuarants include Big Grove Tavern, Destihl Restaurant and Brew Works, V. Picasso, Timpone’s Restaurant, and Bacaro.
The series will take place on the third Thursday of each month from now until October and will feature a different restaurant each month. Each restaurant will promote a “Local Flavors Special” that will contain 100% of locally-grown ingredients.
