Farren’s has some tasty Mardi Gras specials

If you are like me, and looking to celebrate Mardi Gras by eating, Farren’s might be a good option. Today and tomorrow (they are open on Mondays again!) they will have a bunch of Mardi Gras themed specials that all look like things I want to eat. Pictured above is their Muffaletta Burger ($20), which comes with coleslaw and my favorite truffled potato chips. It has salami, olive relish, gardiniera, provolone, Dijon aioli. They will also have more traditional options, like jambalaya, an oyster po’ boy, gumbo, and catfish etouffee.

I know it feels like a lot to be thinking about Mardi Gras foods after yesterday’s eating event, but I believe in you.
