The Wesley Food Pantry at Parkland College has resumed food distribution in a curbside format.
The pantry had closed briefly to decide on the safest delivery options due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Students and residents in need may pick up prepacked food boxes through the circle drive at the Staerkel Planetarium and at the main campus bus stop (circle drive at the U Building) on Wednesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. Its biweekly Saturday food distribution remains closed at this time.
At this time, the Wesley Food Pantry at Parkland College is unable to offer choice-model shopping until further notice. Only prepackaged food bags will be available for pickup.
