As part of a new trial run, Parkland College will be testing out having food trucks on campus starting next week. During the week, pretty much every local staple will be present at Parkland on varying days.

Summer Food Trucks at Parkland College; Trial Run June 5–16
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Some of the top food truck vendors in Champaign-Urbana are coming to Parkland College this summer!
Join us June 5–16, from approximately 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., as local vendors offer some of their foodie favorites for purchase The trucks will be parked in the service lane to the south of the Student Union. Enjoy an outside lunch on the patio picnic tables outside of the Union or eat with your fellow food truck aficionados in the cafeteria.
This two-week trial run will help determine if Parkland features food trucks for the remainder of the summer, so plan to have lunch on campus if you would like to see them return!
The following food trucks will be open on campus:
June 5 – Hendrick House
June 6 – Burrito King
June 7 – Cracked
June 8 – Dragon Fire Pizza
June 12 – Hendrick House
June 13 – Burrito King
June 14 – Cracked
