The City of Champaign is offering free two-hour parking at the Hill Street Parking Deck from December 1st through 31st. (Parking is already free on weekends.) If you stay longer than two hours, you’ll get a two-hour discount on your parking fees.

Free Parking Offered in Downtown Champaign this December
(Up to two hours in the Hill Street Parking Deck)Champaign – To encourage residents and visitors to frequent Downtown Champaign businesses this holiday season, the City of Champaign is offering up to two hours of free parking in the Hill Street Parking Deck from December 1 through December 31, 2023. Hourly visitors parking longer than two hours will receive a two-hour discount off their parking fee.
The City encourages visitors to support Champaign’s local businesses and restaurants. Be sure to check ahead to see if where you are heading has any altered schedules or capacity limits. There is no need to provide any proof of purchase at the parking deck to receive this discount. As always, parking in the parking deck and at metered spaces is free on City holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.The City-owned Hill Street Parking Deck is located at the corner of Hill and Randolph Streets and has more than 300 visitor parking spaces.
