If you have old electronics that are taking up space and gathering dust, you’re in luck. Registration opens today for the Champaign County, City of Champaign, City of Urbana, and Village of Savoy’s collection event. Register for a 15-minute time slot between 8 a.m. and noon. You’ll receive a text message and a postcard in the mail, which will serve as a ticket into the event. Some of the things you can drop off include TVs, computers, printers, stereos, DVD players, video game consoles and much more (see the full list and Q+A here).
