Beginning October 24th, and running through November 21st, Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County is offering a nine-part education program on home buying and home ownership. Classes will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Zoom, and will features these topics:
- October 24th – Managing your money
- October 26th – Are you ready to buy a home?
- November 1st – Understanding credit
- November 2nd – Getting a mortgage loan
- November 7th – Shopping for a home
- November 9th – Protecting your investment
- November 14th – Home maintenance
- November 16th – Budgeting, saving, and record-keeping
- November 21st – Being part of the community
