On May 29th and 30th, Hamilton Walker’s is hosting their next wine dinner alongside Napa Valley’s Robert Mondavi Winery. Chef Zach will be preparing a five course dinner to pair with the winery’s offerings. In addition, they’ll have a “special guest wine speaker” to provide some commentary on the evening’s courses and pairings.
Check out Julie’s review of one of their wine dinners, and remember, Alyssa says she would marry their mac and cheese. Granted, that’s not going to be on the menu, but I mean, delicious mac and cheese is hard to look away from.
