On March 8th and 9th, Hamilton Walker’s will be featuring five wines from The Prisoner Wine Co. paired with five dishes prepared by Chef Zach. The dinner is $115 per person, and each dinner will begin at 6 p.m. You’ll hear from a wine representative, and will have the opportunity to purchase bottles at the end of the dinner. I attended a wine dinner back in October, and it was pretty great. It’s a fun opportunity to try dishes you might not find on the regular menu, and I’m here for any opportunity to do some wine tasting.
