I love the sandwiches from Cheese & Crackers. I’m partial to Mindy’s Italian, but every now and again I manage to try something else on the menu. I’m never disappointed. This week, I tried the grilled veggie tale sandwich ($9), which is less of a veggie sandwich and more of schmancy grilled cheese. It has fresh mozz, pesto, tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze, and it’s melted. I think it was served on sundried tomato bread, which lent a nice little sweetness to everything.
If you haven’t been by Cheese & Crackers in a while, add it to your list. There’s plenty of other fun stuff if you’re not into sandwiches.
