Have you taken a cooking class in C-U?

We’re quite lucky to have so many resources in town related to eating and sourcing locally. But what if you’re lacking in some of the skills needed to make a nice meal for yourself? Common Ground Food Co-op, Grovestone, and Harvest Market regularly offer cooking classes. Sometimes they’re based around a single ingredient, like Common Ground’s local apples three ways class on October 5th, or around a cuisine, like Grovestone’s Taste of Little Italy class on November 13th. You can even build your own cooking class at Harvest Market.

Check out the schedule of classes and sign up for one that interests you. You’ll learn a lot and have some fun.
