I’m really busy this week with meetings and appointments, and today, to treat myself and because of the nature of my schedule, I had a little Maize picnic with my spouse.
I had a veggie burrito ($7); he had a carne asada torta ($8.50), and we each had a jamaica ($3). It was a glorious afternoon, so we ate our lunches outside. I suggest taking advantage of this gorgeous weather and doing some casual al fresco dining. Maize’s Green Street is just an easy walk to the Boneyard Creek Detention Basin/Helms Park/Scott Park area.
