I wasn’t aware of this Monthly Munch that SaladMeister does — so I asked Owner Rob Meister about it, and he filled me in a bit. Now is the time where I share that information with you, reader. They take a few things on the menu and use a fresh protein — wild caught salmon, or tuna — or a special produce item — Curtis Orchard apples (this month) — in their salad.
