Director of Athletics Mike Thomas has announced the hiring of Matt Bollant as the new head women’s basketball coach at the University of Illinois. Bollant comes to Illinois after a successful five-year stint at Green Bay where he guided the Phoenix to five straight Horizon League titles and four straight trips to the NCAA Tournament.
