There’s a new sushi and Thai restaurant opening in Champaign: Sushi Siam. The restaurant is located in the Old Farms Plaza, at Kirby and Mattis, just next to Talbot’s and TCBY. A peek through the window revealed a small-ish dining room with a small-ish sushi bar. It looks cozy and welcoming, and almost ready to go (at least superficially; no word on the status of the kitchen).
There isn’t a web presence just yet, but the restaurant is listed on DoorDash, so that’s promising.
