On August 25th, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., mixologist, brewer, Katie Carillo will be leading a class on the history and brewing process of German beer, something she hinted about in her recent interview with us. Don’t worry, you won’t just be learning about these things, you’ll get to do a little tasting too. There will be several Riggs beers to sample, alongside some charcuterie pairings.
