The Illinois Institute for Sustainibility, Energy, and Environment is hosting a virtual TED Talk on November 15th at 6 p.m. The talk will feature Nichole Millage, Environmental Sustainability Specialist with the City of Champaign and Susan Monte, Recycling Coordinator with Champaign County, and will focus on local recycling efforts and waste reduction. There will be a guided discussion and roundtable conversation following the talk.
November 15th is America Recycles Day, a day set aside to raise awareness about the importance of recycling and it’s impact on the environment.
