Smile Politely

Look at bacaro’s Market Monday menu. Seriously. Look at it.

It’s been cold, and snowy, and generally unpleasant to walk around outside for days (weeks?) now. If you’re like me and you need a GOOD REASON to leave the warmth of your home, tonight’s Market Monday menu at bacaro is that reason. Sure, at $50 it’s probably a bit more than most would expect to spend on a Monday night meal, especially if you spent some coin over the weekend. But listen, this menu should cost more than that. Honestly.

Gnocchi and boudin blanc sounds great. Maple buttermilk pie? Load my plate up. Scallops sound great, too. But the real standouts here? A radicchio salad dressed with a vinaigrette made from Fireball and crispy quail nuggets.

Here, bacaro, just have my wallet. I want all of the quail nuggets.
