Neil St. Blues is cooking a five-course dinner with Triptych beer pairings

Neil St. Blues, Downtown Champaign’s from-scratch Southern cuisine restaurant, is hosting a five-course dinner with beer pairings from Triptych Brewing. The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. on August 14th, and the menu includes the restaurant’s delicious fried chicken and a special beer-infused bread pudding.

The Monday night multi-course dinner with beer pairings costs $60, and space is limited.

first course
smoked salmon and dill cream-cheese toast points

second course
fresh lump crab cakes + the restaurant’s signature remoulade sauce

third course
fried chicken with mac n’ cheese, candied yams, and collard greens

fourth course
smoked Cajun andouille sausages with ground mustard and caramelized onions

fifth course
Triptych beer-infused banana foster bread pudding

The beer pairings from Tripych Brewing of Savoy will be announced closer to the event.
