Of course it would be Volition responsible for bringing you orchestral renditions of music from World of Warcraft, Halo, Tetris, Kingdom Hearts and LEGO Star Wars, among others.
The local video game company is sponsoring, in part, the Urbana Pops Orchestra’s annual composition contest, so it seems only natural that the concert wherein the winners are announced would feature appropriate accompaniment. In exchange, Volition will be offering exclusive glimpses of games-in-progress while the winners are presented.
Admission is free, and the event will be held in Urbana High’s auditorium at 7pm on Saturday, June 11th.
