Illinois Public Media’s series on community gun violence, News, Brews, and Beatz, returns to Pour Bros. on December 12th for a discussion on housing and economics. The event is hosted by news director Reginald Hardwick and Tracy Parson from the Community Coalition. Featured panelists include U of I Associate Professor Ruby Medenhall, Parkland Associate Professor Evelyn Reynolds, and Lily Walton, executive director of the Champaign County Housing Authority.
The event is open to the community, and begins at 6 p.m.
