Orpheum Children’s Science Museum is offering camps for kids of essential workers

Next week, the Orpheum will be offering camps for K-5th grade students of essential workers. Kids can be enrolled for individuals days or the full week. From the press release:

Camps will feature a variety of activities from our spring and summer programs. All structured curriculum based activities will occur between 9am and 3pm, however we will be allowing early drop off of students as early as 7:30am and late pick up until 5:30pm to better meet your needs. We also encourage parents to send any school work they may have with them to camp so our education staff can assist students with any learning outside of school.

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will be limiting the maximum students per day to 6, and helping all students review and practice proper hygiene and social distancing as much as possible.

The daily cost is $36 for museum members and $45 for non-members. Those interested can register their child here
