Seven Saints donated one of their dining shelters to Prosperity Gardens

During the winter, several area restaurants added greenhouse style shelters to their patios to allow patrons to continue to dine out while indoor dining was closed.

Carlos Nieto, owner of CMT Ventures, is finding ways to repurpose the shelters from Seven Saints. One of the recipients of the donated shelters is Prosperity Gardens, a City of Champaign Township program that provides employment opportunities for homeless individuals. They also provide fresh locally grown food to Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and the Carle Mobile Market.
