Single Player announce new album

Indie rock group Single Player have announced the release of their latest album. It will be the band’s third release proper, and the first since 2015’s co-eponymous split seven-inch, which was a collaboration with the group Nectar. The album, At The Buzzer, has a new single available for streaming now, called “TV Theme.”

Sean Neumann, the creative force behind Single Player, had this to say regarding “TV Theme” (quote supplied through the group’s label, Rat King Records):

“There was a point to making ‘TV Theme’ the first track on the album because it perfectly sums up what a Single Player song is. It foreshadows the soon-to-be obvious fact that all the songs are short and to the point, but it also dives straight into the theme of the album as a whole.”

At The Buzzer is out February 24th via Rat King Records. Stream “TV Theme” below, and visit the label’s website here to pre-order the album. You can also catch the band live at this upcoming show.
