Last year, we decided to take a dive into the world of SPorn — which we found was just a complete disaster. Not entirely sure why, but as a magazine, we thought that it would be a good direction to take in 2015.
After learning a lot last year, we’ve decided to take another route — dating, localized. Sure, there are all types of services that you can use to geotarget a protential partner in life, all based upon a meaningless algorithm for the most part, but we think that there’s potential in shifting what we do and combining it with love.
Thus, in 2017, we’re relaunching Smile Politely: Champaign-Urbana’s Online Dating Destination.
