A time to share or listen to a story, a poem or other spoken word pieces.
Join us for Open Mike Afternoon. Whether you have a story or poem to share, or if you just want to come and listen, we would love to see you! Those who wish to tell a story should aim to keep their story somewhere from two to eight minutes.

Storytelling Open Mikes occur on a Saturday afternoon each month at 3:00 p.m. You can find the Saturday of the next Open Mike by finding Speak! on Facebook or e-mailing Hal Southern.
At our Open Mikes we encourage people to bring a variety of tales: traditional world folktales, personal narratives, ghost stories, dark tales, comedy, and emotional stories. Perhaps you would like to share a story about something that recently happened to you.
Das Cafe has coffee, beer, food, and pastries.
