Every Saturday in downtown Champaign, starting March 12th through March 26th from 12 to 2 p.m., mLAB Fitness and Living Yoga Center will each host a free one-hour session at One Main Plaza, #103 (the former Ko Fusion location), focusing on ways to keep your body and mind healthy. These sessions are open to anybody who wants to get fit and practice yoga techniques.
The first hour will be and exercise and bodywork session led by Matt Rossbach from mLAB, and the second hour will be Hatha yoga led by Steve and Sharon Willette of Living Yoga Center.
No registration is necessary, and you are encouraged to bring your own mat.
