My spouse and I have a standard order at Hamilton Walker’s, which involves their spinach salad and the aged steak burger. On a recent visit for sidewalk dining, we decided to go crazy and throw an appetizer into the mix.
The bacon-wrapped dates ended up being a wonderful addition to our HW routine. Let’s be honest, adding bacon to anything is a good idea, and this is no exception. The bites are sweet and chewy with a slight crunch from the bacon, and there is a glorious balsamic reduction drizzled over the top.
